Privacy for this library

This policy covers learn.alula.care. The Alula app has its own privacy policy. Reading this site does not send your health information anywhere, because the site does not ask you to log symptoms.

What the public site stores

Pages are readable without an account. If you allow analytics, a consent cookie is stored and, when a measurement id is configured, Google Analytics may receive a page view. If you use an Alula link after allowing analytics, we store the page path and the placement of that link. We do not store a name with that click.

If you decline analytics, the consent cookie records the decline and those clicks are not stored.

The editorial desk

Editors sign in with an email and password. The password is stored as a salted hash. Sessions are random tokens, stored only as a hash, in an httpOnly cookie. Generation jobs store prompts, source excerpts, model names, token counts, and cost estimates so the desk can audit an article.
